It is amazing, that Dr Janson - the author - can bring this to our attention.
I wonder just how many of us, would have even realized and understood, what is happening right under our noses, let alone accept it.

We are truly blessed that Almighty God has given us the mind "to SEE".
The Bible tells only the Truth, as it says:
“Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.”
Blessed are those who take to heart what is written in the book Revelation.
