Wind storms in the outer reaches of the earth
Because it was made known to me that Revelation can be understood through time measure and that we are near the end time, I believe that the increase in the number of wind storms as well as the increase in intensity in the time 2004 to 2006 is the revelation of the fulfilment of the words of Rev 9:14 “Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates” and the words Rev 7:2 “the four angels that were given to hurt the earth and the sea”.
On 27 February 2006 a powerful hurricane from the Sea of Japan hit Sakhalin and Russia’s Far East. Power lines snapped and people were advised to stay indoors because of poor visibility. In the middle of March more than 103 tornadoes hit particularly the states Illinois, Missouri and Kansas in the United States. Devastation caused by the tornadoes is reminiscent of hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005. Houses were ruined and trees were thrown to the ground. The storm that hit Springfield, Illinois, that was actually 20 tornadoes and stretched across 1000 km was the most powerful storm seen there in a decade. On 20 March 2006, a category 5 storm, cyclone Larry, pounded north-eastern Queensland in Australia. This was the largest storm to hit the area in decades.
These storms mentioned above took place within a month. Two of the storms occurred literally in the ‘corners’ of the earth (Eastern Russia and Eastern Queensland in Australia).
It has been shown in my books and on this website that Revelation deals with the entire globe. The reason for this being that the time that Revelation can be understood is also the time that the testimony of Jesus Christ has reached the ends of the earth and the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. It was shown in my books and on this website that Revelation divides the globe symbolically into “thirds” (Rev 8:7-11 and 16:19), in order to reveal its message.
It was also noted on this Forum that in 2004, four winds occurred in succession in the Atlantic, in the Philippines and in the Southern Pacific at the beginning of 2005. There was an increase in tropical storms in the 2005 Atlantic hurricane season. The intensity of the hurricanes of the 2005 Atlantic season increased with hurricanes such as Katrina and Rita, and also typhoons Damrey and Longwan in South East Asia.
Through the words “four angels” in (Rev 7:2) “four angels to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea”, Revelation links that which is presently taking place at the Euphrates River, that is the middle section of the earth, Rev 9:14 “Loose the four angels that are bound at the great river Euphrates”. I believe that this linking of the time that the sign of devastating winds hit the earth to the Euphrates River lies in the fact that there is at this time ongoing conflict in the area of the Euphrates river. The words “hurt the sea and the earth” are repeated in Rev 7:3 “Hurt not the earth, neither the sea nor the trees”. The reason for the repetition is that the words “earth” and “sea” have both a literal and figurative meaning. The literal meaning is a time that the earth, sea and trees are literally damaged by strong winds, but it is also the time that the influence of the gestalt (or total symbolism) of beast out of the sea and the gestalt of beast out of the earth that have influenced the inhabitants of the earth will be ‘hurt’. In other words it is a time in which we shall see that the rule of men that came in the place of the rule of kings, that is “worshipped” (Rev 13:4) by the inhabitants of the earth is ‘hurt’. It is also the time that man’s control and knowledge of the elements of the earth (the analysis of Rev 13:11-18, the gestalt of the beast out of the earth) will no longer be sufficient to overcome the challenges of 2006 and beyond. The reason for this being that God is bringing the times of the Gentiles to a close.
“Four” relates to the physical earth and man; “three” to the direction of events from the throne of God.
The opening of the first four seals deals with the revelation of man’s activity over the past two millennia and the opening of the last three seals deals with the time 2001 and after, the time of the revealing of the signs of the end from the throne of God. The sounding of the first four trumpets deal with the entire earth and the symbolic falling away from the faith in the three symbolic ‘parts’ of the earth. The last three trumpets deal with God bringing the times of the Gentiles to a close.
It seems that it is being revealed that the signs of the end are very distinct in relation to time measure in Revelation, but will not be noticed by those who do not make an effort to understand Revelation or have been misled by the deceptions revealed in the understanding of this great prophecy and no longer expect a Return.
