You have rightly pointed out that that the Church
today is taking decisions to nullify or circumvent
Bible verses which have for millenia been accepted
as God's directives. You have also pointed to what
is going on in the environment, and drawn our
attention to the signs of the end of the Age.
I, on the other hand, have for decades been
fascinated by what is going on in the banking and
financial world, which is the foundation upon which
civilization, as we know it, rests.
I have just come across Bill Bonner's prediction of
a credit collapse in the US of A. I have been
following Mr Bonner for more than ten years. He
runs a very large (research offices in twenty
countries) organization called AGORA Inc. Agora
means marketplace - the emphasis is on spotting
large trends which will affect investments. And
AGORA has been very effective in forecasting
problems. I remember reading a column of his which
spoke of the problems in Lehman Brothers bank, which
collapsed shortly afterwards and triggered the
banking crisis of 2008.
Bill Bonner thinks that a credit collapse is soon
going to happen in the United States. He describes
what the effects of this event will be. His
description makes all of my doomsday rumblings sound
like the tweeting of a cute little bird on a lovely
spring day.
