In your previous post you quote Matthew 12:39-40. "A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a
sign! But none will be given it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. For as Jonah was three
days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three
nights in the heart of the earth."
I now have a question:
Would it be true to say that this sign is the greatest and clearest sign given directly to
mankind by God since the sign of Jonah?
By 'given directly' I mean 'without human mediation'. For example, the foundation of the State
of Israel was a great sign, but it was brought about through much human work.
So could this sign of the 23rd September 2017 be the greatest in the last 2000 years? Does
anyone know of a comparable sign that has been given?
