Because we witnessed the sign in the stars on 23 September 2017, and I believe that we are in the time of the “short season”, special attention should be given to certain happenings that have recently taken place.
Signs to be noted at the present time
A large Super Blue Blood moon on 31 January 2018
On Jan. 31, 2018 a total lunar eclipse occurred with a blue moon known as a Super Blue Blood Moon.
The Blood Moon occurs because the Earth is passing between the Moon and the Sun, which gives the Moon a reddish tint to it. It's caused by light bending around the Earth because of gravity passing around a portion of the atmosphere, more commonly known as a lunar eclipse.
A Blue Moon combined with a Supermoon (when the Moon is at its closest point to Earth and appears to be 14 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter than normal) the rare phenomena is called a Super Blue Blood Moon happens.
The last time all of these events occurred simultaneously in the Western hemisphere was 1866.
Moon became as blood
The words “and the moon became as blood” appear in Rev 6:12, the time of the opening of the sixth seal, and also it took place in the time that I believe is the “little season”.

12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
Mighty wind
Gita was the most intense tropical cyclone to hit Tonga
Gita originated in the South Pacific in early February 2018. First classified as a tropical disturbance on February 3, the system rapidly intensified and became a severe tropical cyclone on February 10. Throughout its path in the South Pacific, Cyclone Gita affected multiple island nations and territories. It was the most intense to impact Tonga since reliable records began.
Conflict at the Euphrates
8 February saw conflict in the area of the Euphrates River near Deir al Zour
This region of the Euphrates and Syria remain places of great tension.
Revelation 9:14-15 New International Version (NIV)
14 It said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.” 15 And the four angels who had been kept ready for this very hour and day and month and year were released to kill a third of mankind.”
The area of the Euphrates is of the greatest significance.
Five months
Partial solar eclipse 15 February 2018
This solar eclipse was seen in South America and Antarctica. This partial eclipse is possibly significant as there is a following partial solar eclipse on 13 July 2018. That is approx in five months time. Is “five months” being measured in the sun?
Revelation 9:5 King James Version (KJV)
5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
Revelation 9:10-12 King James Version (KJV)
10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.
If ‘five months’ is being measured in the sun and “scorpion” and “scorpions” have a figurative meaning relating to global drug usage, then we are possibly at the end of what Revelation indicates as the “one woe is past” and two are yet to come.
This is of further significance as the “smoke” from the “bottomless pit” is also mentioned in the time of the sounding of the fifth trumpet. In my previous post I indicated that these also relate to the present time.
Revelation 9:1-2 King James Version (KJV)
9 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
Revelation uses the measure “stadia”
Revelation 14:19-20 New International Version (NIV)
19 The angel swung his sickle on the earth, gathered its grapes and threw them into the great winepress of God’s wrath. 20 They were trampled in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press, rising as high as the horses’ bridles for a distance of 1,600 stadia.
This verse is an image of the final Judgement of God.
“1600 stadia”
Numbers in Revelation have symbolic meaning and can be understood in conjunction with the total understanding of Revelation.
I believe “1600 stadia” to be a final measure only known to God.
The universal Greek measure, the “stadium” of 600 feet, which was the length of the race-course at Olympia (where the Olympic Games originated), is common in the New Testament. It may be important in 2018, in the time that the meaning of every word in Revelation is of significance. 2016 was an Olympic Games year and 2018 Winter Olympics (9-25 February).
“Furlong” is used in some Bibles because a “stadium” is also the eighth part of the Roman mile.
“The winepress”
The winepress is the symbolic image of God’s anger and wrath.
“Outside the city”
“outside the city” is the symbolic image of outside the New Jerusalem.
“Blood flowed out of the press rising as high as the horses bridles”
The “horses” are mentioned here as a sign of war.
It is possible that this final measure “1600 stadia” is taken from a year or month of Olympic Games.
Another total lunar eclipse and another partial solar eclipse
This year there is also to be a total lunar eclipse 27/28 July and a partial solar eclipse on 11 August.
