Verification
There is no doubt in my mind that the understanding of Revelation lies in the connection of its symbolism to time and time measures. This was first revealed by the times of the riders of the four horses of the Apocalypse connected to the times of discovery of Biblical scrolls in the past two thousand years. This was revealed to me in the Divine Intercession 22 August 1996.
Symbolism connected to time
Five months
Therefore, when I believed and established, that the “forty and two months” (Rev.11:2) had to be measured from the Venus-Jupiter conjunction on 27 August 2016; and the “month” of Rev.9:15 was February 2020, the “five months” (Rev. 9:5 and 10) were from October 2019 to February 2020.
Swartsengi
Only when the magma build-up at Swartsengi in Iceland erupted for the first time on 18 December 2023, could I connect the start of the build-up in December 2019, through the words “bottomless pit” (Rev.9:1-2) to the “five months” (Rev. 9:5 and 10), October 2019 to February 2020.
Substantiation
I also showed in my previous post, how Revelation seems to substantiate the time measures through the repetition of the number “four”, to reflect and incorporate the four years of the adjustment of the calendar to 27 February 2024. The eruption at Swartsengi, stalling on 2 March 2024, before the 16 March 2024 eruption.
Pillars of fire
I believe that the 16 March eruption revealed the “pillars of fire” (Rev.10:1) along the fissure near Swartsengi. At the moment there is only one crater erupting.
The repetition of words and a period of time in history
I am sure the question arises with readers: Can all the above be verified?
How can I be sure that Swartsengi is the place referred to by the words “bottomless pit”, in order to reveal that even when John was on Patmos, that Almighty God, the Father already knew of the eruptions that would take place in 2023-2024.
I believe Revelation verifies the above through the repetition of words and connection to history. Revelation connects the “bottomless pit” to the “the beast rising up out of the sea.”
Rev.17:8
“The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.”
Take note: The SAME TIME in history
I believe Revelation actually reveals a verification in historical time to substantiate Swartsengi.
Our scientific knowledge and understanding of geology and volcanology can place the time of the last eruption at Swartsengi at the time 1210 to 1240.This is interesting, because this was the time that Frederick II was king of the Holy Roman Empire (1212-1250). After his reign the hereditary line of kings of the House of Hohenstaufen came to an end.
Revelation reveals that the unity of Church and state is the ideal that God sanctions (Rev.1:6). However the nations could not maintain this. This was also the time (1232) that the Inquisition was set up. The Inquisition would in the following centuries cause great revolt against the Church and state in many countries in Europe. Change had to come.
This change Revelation reveals was ‘agreed’ by God.
Rev. 17:17 “For God hath put it in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.”
The end of the unity of king and Church.
Frederick II established the first German code of law. After that time an electoral system of government was set in place. (Readers should refer to Chapter 17 of the book ‘How near Armageddon’ in the Chapters section of this website.)
Same time in history
Rev.17:8

Note how through the repetition of words Revelation brings the time in history of the Swartsengi time of eruption “ascend out of the bottomless pit” (1210-1240) in relation to the same time in history of the rise of “the beast coming up out of the sea”.
The spiritual understanding of Revelation is given a concrete basis of verification in linking the symbolism to history.
Because the symbolism can now be linked to time in history and current happenings, we are given a material and factual basis of verification of the control of the Trinity of the ruling of the nations (Rev.12:5) in the progress of history and the present time.
