The Ultimate Revelation
Arctic melt
It was established in the previous post that according to the findings of a NASA scientific team that the Arctic melt since 2005 has indicated a definite change in the normal ice coverage of that region. This change is in accord with the predicted sign of the end that unusual change will be observed in the seasons (Rev 6:13 “Even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs.)
CO2 emissions
Very recently (October 2007) an international team of scientists (This latest study has been published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences) has found that, since 2000, the rate at which CO2 has been pumped into the atmosphere is 35 percent greater than most climate-change models have predicted. Carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere are increasing much faster and will be harder to control than researchers estimated. The results of the study have serious implications for forecasts of how much and how quickly the world's temperature will rise and mean that global warming will be harder and more expensive to control than feared.
In February 2007, the International Panel on Climate Change, the United Nations body devoted to assessing the likely extent and impact of global warming, judged that world temperatures would rise by up to 6.4 degrees Centigrade (11.5 degrees Fahrenheit) over the next century. However the very recent findings of the team of researchers may force the I.P.C.C. to revise its predictions. One scientist said that there was at this point in time quite a significant difference from what was forecast in February and the I.P.C.C. scenarios were therefore rather too optimistic -- as if those weren't already bleak.
Revelation, climate change and the oceans inability to absorb CO2 emissions.
This recent research has also noticed a reduction in the ability of the oceans and the land to absorb carbon. The problem with the seas was identified this year in the Southern Ocean around Antarctica, where winds driven by climate change are bringing carbon-saturated waters to the surface, which are unable to absorb any more carbon.

As often mentioned on this website, I believe that we are in the time of the release of strong wind across the globe. This phenomena was prophesied in Revelation and with the analysis of the prophecy, this, I believe, would happen at the present time.
In 2006, global CO2 emissions were found to have risen to 9.9 billion metric tons, 35 percent above levels in 1990. The decline in global sink efficiency suggests that stabilization of atmospheric CO2 is even more difficult to achieve than previously thought. We found that nearly half of the decline in the efficiency of the ocean CO2 sink is due to the intensification of the winds."
Faster
According to one scientist: "But what has been wrong recently is that the climate is changing even faster than the models said. In fact, Arctic sea ice is melting much faster than any models predicted, and sea level is rising much faster than I.P.C.C. previously predicted.”
Latest international meeting
Working until dawn in Valencia, Spain, negotiators on Friday (15 November 2007) concluded a policy guide for governments on global warming that says climate change is here and is getting worse, one of its authors said. Provisional agreement on the text -- which is about 20 pages and summarizes thousands of pages of data and projections -- required compromises among the more than 140 delegations, but in the end was a "good and balanced document," said a Dutch scientist who helped draft the report. The paper will be an "instant guide" to policymakers at a critical meeting next month in Indonesia, which could launch a round of complex talks on a new international accord for controlling carbon emissions and other human activity that is heating the planet. Though it contains no previously unpublished material, the summary pulls together the central elements of three lengthy reports released earlier this year by the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
Among the report's main conclusions are that climate change is "unequivocal", that humankind's emissions of greenhouse gases are more than 90% likely to be the principal cause.
Witnesses of climate change
According to climate change witnesses from Australia and Norway at a W.W.F. conference changes are being seen on the Great Barrier Reef and in Norway winter is in recent times one and a half months later than it used.
The role of man; the intervention of God?
With the knowledge of Revelation and scientific findings of the present time, it seems that in the changes that we are observing as global warming man has played a role. However the analysis of Revelation also reveals that God is confirming by what we are seeing that this situation would come about at the present time. I believe through my understanding of Revelation that Revelation reveals that man has played a role in the situation (through the understanding of the “beast out of the earth”) but that God is also indicating that the time granted to man is nearing its end (Rev 17:17 “Until the words of God shall be fulfilled”).
More unusual strong and hot winds in California – result - massive wildfires
Recently it was reported in the press that the devastating fires of California were the result of dry conditions, but also the unusually powerful seasonal Santa Ana winds that have fueled the flames with alarming speed. A specialist with the US National Weather service has stated that for the Santa Ana winds to be so strong for so long is unusual. Of the greatest significance with relation to Revelation is that these winds are also unusually hot. This seems to confirm that we are in the time of the casting of the seventh vial upon the “air”. Revelation I believe indicates changes in the atmosphere at this time.
According to a spokes-person of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena there were last year, 78 Santa Ana days, more than three times the normal number.
Atmospheric pressure
The intensity of Santa Ana winds depends on the difference in pressure between a cool, high-pressure system in the Great Basin and a low-pressure system along coastal Southern California. The greater the pressure difference, the stronger the winds, which funnel through canyons and valleys and pick up speed as they sweep toward the coast.
Time measures of Revelation and global warming
At the present time happenings on the planet seem to confirm that the time measures of Revelation as revealed to me in 1996 are indeed correct. These indications are revealed I believe to the words of the Revelation of Jesus Christ and His words concerning the time of the end. I shall once again focus the readers’ attention on these and then it seems we are confronted with the ultimate Revelation.
Great storms
It was also the year 2005 that was a record year for the most tropical storms in the Atlantic hurricane season. As has been shown on this website there have also been record-breaking typhoons in 2006 and 2007.
Conflict in the Middle East and the price of oil
At the present time we are once again seeing the influence that possible conflict has on the price of oil. The price of oil has recently reached record levels near 100 dollars a barrel. Revelation indicates that world trade will mislead the rulers of the nations like a whore can mislead a man. Rev 17:18 “And the woman which thou sawest is the great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.” Oil and wine are priorities for man in the end of days. Rev 6:6 “Hurt not the oil and the wine”. Remember that these are not just random quotes from Revelation they are quoted in the full understanding of Revelation.
Mosul – the area of old Nineveh
At the present time conflict in the area of the Euphrates River that started in 2003 has still not settled and at the present time it continues on the border between Turkey and the Kurds. The nations of the earth should take careful note of the happenings of Northern Iraq and particularly the area of Mosul that used to be Nineveh. I say this because of the words of Jesus Christ in Mat 12:41”The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and behold a greater than Jonas is here.” I believe that with the understanding of Revelation in 2007, these words have a “new” meaning in relation to the end time. In Scripture Nineveh is “the great city” (Jonah 3:2 “Arise, go unto Nineveh that great city”). In the analysis of the total Revelation, “the great city” (Rev 18:10) is the entire globe driven by the demands of a global economy. Therefore it seems that happenings in the area of old Nineveh are going to be a factor in the realization of the nations as to the time of the end – also repentance for iniquity (“for they repented at the preaching of Jonas”). We shall see what is to be revealed in the time to come.
The ultimate revelation
From all the above it seems that God is revealing the ‘ultimate revelation’. It seems that the ultimate revelation of the book Revelation is that God has let man be free and progress to a point that he (man) is through his knowledge gradually destroying the earth. In order to curb this process God has intervened through earthquake and a disturbance of the “powers” of the earth. Through these signs which we see as global warming (signs that we realize through scientific expertise is to a degree brought about by man) God reveals the signs of the time of the end that were prophesied in Revelation. The Return must happen to fulfill the words of the prophets and to reward those who have kept the Commandments and the teachings of Jesus Christ. It seems that The Return must also happen in order to save the earth from man’s contribution to the destruction of the earth (Rev 11:18 “Shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth”).
