with great heat..." brought the following to mind:
Recently here in King Williams Town we had the
largest open-air Christian meeting in years. Angus
Buchan preached. It coincided with the hottest day
in King in years (39 degrees Centigrade).
A few weeks later the annual huge Mighty Men meeting
took place in the East Cape Karoo town of
Middelburg. This meeting was frozen by the biggest
cold front of the year, which came up out of the icy
South, instead of the more normal West.
Perhaps we are seeing a test of strength here?
Time will tell.
