I have recently become aware of another matter to do with the word 'time'. In recent
translations of the Bible the words for the last line of Revelation 10:6 have been given as:
NIV: There will be no more delay
CEV: You will not have to wait any longer
RSV: There should be no more delay.
But!
The older King James Version, probably closer to the original Greek, says:
KJV: There should be time no longer.
Now from which quarter have we been hearing a lot about the word 'time' recently?
From Angus Buchan. The Spirit gave him the instruction 'It's Time!'.
So we have 'It's Time' and we have 'There should be time no longer'.
Hmmmmmm.
