Yes Dr Janson, fires in the Amazon and the Arctic Circle at the same time certainly are a huge
escalation of the bad news. Another worry, albeit on a lesser scale, was the enormous popularity
of the Game of Thrones TV series.
The question arises; all these people who are fascinated by watching the worst sort of world-
centered behaviour - where are they going when they die? Well,I would guess they are going where
the natural drag of their interests in this world will take them.
That is why it is so important that the Church recognizes that the Great Sign of Revelation
12 has appeared. The Church should be sounding the alarm loud and clear that the End of the Age
has arrived and it is time to make clear to God where our real interests lie; that we place His
Kingdom first and we place Thrones-type behaviour last.
We have limited time to make that clear - the day that Jesus sets foot on this earth again
is the day that the clock stops. No getting right with God after that.
