God is in control of everything, as the author has
said, (numerous times), including all human events that
occur now and in the future, and all human events that
have occurred in the past (human history).
Evil and wickedness seem to be so pervasive and evil
rulers, evil governments, evil men, evil women, and
evil “cities of the world”, (Babylon the Great), seem
to be all powerful and indestructible. And they all
seem to be enjoying it.
BUT, let it be known, that Jesus Christ will come
again, quite soon I believe, in glory and unimaginable
power to judge everything and everyone, and the
ultimate doom of all that is evil, is absolutely
certain and guaranteed. It’s going to be, into the
“lake of fire” (second death).
That’s why it is so important for us, to learn us much
as we can, about what we are doing which is wrong in
our lives and fix it as quickly as we can, wherever
possible. Let no-one be deceived. The Bible says, quite
plainly, that all – “everyone” - has sinned, and come
short of the glory of God. It’s true. Sorry, so sorry,
but that’s the way it is! If we think we are goodie,
goodies – Forget it- it’s NOT going to work. We can
fool ourselves and other human beings- but we cannot
fool God.
Acknowledging that, is a good starting point, to start
washing ones robes. If we want to inherit the blessing
of “the tree of life” then that’s what we have to do.
Plain and simple!
We’ve “seen” that Great city, “ Babylon the Great”.
It’s “made up” of people and what they do! Worldwide.
The economy. And, we are told, to stay out of it.
(Don’t do what they do, in other words.)
We “know” what the “mark of the beast” is and what its
image is “symbolically – No!!! We need to read and
study Chapter 17 here on this website, to “find the
answer” under the heading and paragraph, “the mark of
the beast” and “worshipped his image”. We’ll then
“know” what to avoid, believing in.
How about stop criticising, belittling and demeaning
other Christians and the Churches and the ministers,
pastors and priests they are part of. You “know”, we
may just be “contributing” to this “dragon” mentioned
in the book Revelation!!!
That’s in “easy” plain English that everyone should be
able to understand. And I’m not joking. There is much
to be learnt, rectified and repented of!
And now is a good time to start, if we want to inherit
some of the “seven” blessings recorded by John, "as
instructed", in the book of Revelation, that I mention
in the next post titled “I John, Who also Am Your
Brother”.
May God Bless us all, and keep us safe in these
difficult times.
