I must apologise for taking so long to answer your question. There just seem to be too few hours in a day at present.
Firstly, the article that appeared in Rapport was based on an interview that I gave in the previous week. I appreciate the publication thereof as it indicates to the readers how certain signs of the end time have occurred and that Christians should take note that they relate to Revelation.
In the article I would not have used the word “voorspel” (predict) in connection with the circle of coloured light that appeared in the night sky above Pretoria on the night of 27 August 1996. This circle of coloured light apparently moved across the night sky and appeared as a small white cloud in the morning. When I read in the newspapers at the time about this phenomenon I was intrigued, as it was in the previous week (22 August 1996) that the Divine intervention revealed to me the time measurements of the opening of the first four seals of the book Revelation. As far as I know no explanation has been given for this sighting.
After I experienced the Divine intervention I wondered if any, if you like ‘sign’ would appear in the heavens. Today I know, that the “sign” would only be revealed through the miracle of the understanding of the symbolism of Revelation.
Secondly. The “queen of the south”
Readers of this website must take note of the following. The understanding of Revelation has been given to me since the time of the Divine intervention. It was a gradual process. The miracle lies in the fact that all the insight that I was given, together with what is currently taking place globally, ultimately forms a complete understanding of Revelation within a certain time frame.
The understanding of how the “queen of the south” (Matthew 12:42) relates to Revelation was something that only became clear to me in 1999.
How the words of Matthew 12:38-42 relate to the book Revelation, is something that can only be understood when a study has been made of the time measurements of Revelation and how the words spoken by Jesus Christ “open” the book of Revelation.
As I have often indicated, the words of Jesus Christ (and the time measurements revealed to me, which I believe to be the “seven thunders” (Rev 10:3-4)) open the book of Revelation.
The words of Jesus Christ concerning the “sign of Jonah” (Matthew 12:38-42) and how they relate to the opening of the book of Revelation at the end time must be correctly understood. If they are understood, I believe it can show how amazingly the words of Jesus Christ relate specially to the end time before the Return. (Read also the “Addendum” in “Reviews” on this website)
Reincarnation is not a Christian concept.
I am in no way a reincarnation of the queen of Sheba of the Old Testament! Reincarnation, or the rebirth of a soul in a new body or a new form is not an orthodox Christian concept.
Christians believe in the “resurrection” and that is a different concept.
Christians believe that every person has his own soul and that soul is immortal. A Christian has to use his mind to take care of his soul. Following the teachings of Jesus Christ and repenting wrongdoing take care of the soul. Each true Christian’s soul will live for all eternity in a new body that can only be given at the Christian resurrection. The soul can perish if man becomes corrupt, but there is always redemption if a person who seeks forgiveness. For this reason, Matthew 10:28 says And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body.
The sign of Jonah
Let us look at what is said in Matthew 12:38 – 42
38 Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee.
39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:
40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
41 The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgement with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas, and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.
42 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation and shall condemn it, for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
I am going to try to explain through my knowledge of Revelation why I believe the “queen of the south” as referred to by Jesus Christ in connection with the “sign of Jonah” in Matthew 12:38-42 has a new symbolic meaning in relation to the understanding of the total Revelation.
The understanding of the entire Revelation has been preserved for the time two thousand years after the birth of Jesus Christ. In that time “the seven thunders” would be revealed to a woman. (We know this from the symbolism of Revelation, chapter 12). Knowledge of the “seven thunders” also ultimately reveals the twelve time measurements on which the entire Revelation is based. These are the “twelve stars”(Rev 12: 1 “upon her head a crown of twelve stars”). Revelation, chapter 12, measures time, from the time of the birth of Jesus Christ (“she being with child”) to the time before the Return.
“The seven thunders” are the times of certain archaeological discoveries (five of which are discoveries of scrolls) in history. These times of discoveries reveal time measurement in Revelation. It was made known to me that we are near the end time. Revelation, chapter 10:3-7 says that the “seven thunders” will be revealed when there is “time no longer”.
The word “thunder” or a form thereof, appears seven times in Revelation.
I wish to show how the knowledge of the ‘seven thunders’ ultimately revealed all the time measurements of Revelation.
Rev 4:5 “Out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings.” The “thunderings” in this verse mean that knowledge of the time measurements of Revelation can only be known through the power of the Holy Spirit. “and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.”
Rev 6:1 As it were the voice of thunder
This verse indicates the time 216 (revealed to me as being the time of the first “thunder” and the time of the Rider on the white horse).
This time has to be brought into relation with the time of the birth of Jesus Christ. Rev 1:11 “I am the first and the last”.

Revelation measures three “generations” from the time of the birth of Christ. This is the first “thunder” and the first of the “twelve stars”. Ultimately Revelation measures fourteen “generations” in the first millennium and fourteen “generations” in the second millennium.
Rev 14:2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps.
Revelation repeats the word “harp” three times. Remember every word of Revelation has meaning. If we go to 1 Chronicles 6-7 we are told that the harpers were ‘two hundred fourscore and eight’. With the knowledge that we have that Revelation uses the symbolism of the temple of Solomon to show the times of the development of the
Christian church, and ultimately that those who will inhabit the New Jerusalem will be the true Christians that lived in the past two millennia, there is also a symbolism relating to the use of the word ‘harp’ three times. The time of two hundred , threescore and eight years is the time of “one day” in Revelation. It is from the time of the three days (288 x3) that the righteous will come. The ‘outer court’ (0 to70 and 1932 to 2004) is the time of the “gentiles” or non –believers – the time of the “wicked generation” when it is more difficult to enter the eternal city, but there is entrance through the “twelve gates”, for those who “wash robes”.

The knowledge that the time 792 is the time of the rider on the red horse (revealed through the Divine intervention) and that this time measurement ultimately reveals that Revelation measures “three and a half days” in each millennium is the second “thunder”.
The year 1896 is the time of the rider on the black horse (revealed to me through the divine intervention). The year 1896 is 100 years before the year 1996, that is 2000 years after the birth of Jesus Christ (in 4BC). This time measurement is the third “thunder”.

The year 1947, the time of the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls, is the fourth “thunder”, and is also the time of the fourth rider of the Apocalypse.

Knowledge of the discovery of the ‘copper scroll’ at the caves near Qumran, and the opening of the scroll in the year 1956, is the fifth “thunder”. 1956 is 24 years after the midpoint (1932) between 1860 and 2004. 24 years is an “hour” in Revelation.

1956 indicates a third of the time of 144 years (1860 to 2004), measured back from 2004.
Rev 8:5 And the angel took the censer and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth; and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightning and an earthquake. The word “thunderings” here indicates that 12 years must be measured back from the year 2000 and from the time 2004. The archaeological find is the jar of balsam that was found in the year 1988, in the cave in which the first seven scrolls of the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. The years 1988 and 1992 are indicated. These times also indicate the last “half-hour” before the times 2000 and 2004. It is also the time of the opening of the “seventh seal”. Knowledge of the last “half-hour” is the sixth “thunder”.
Rev 19:6 “and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of many thunderings”. The word thunderings is used here in conjunction with the words “many waters”. Verse 6 is preceded by the words “great and small”. The words “great and small” indicate the point in time 2004. This is based on the words “great and small” as used in Rev 13:16 meaning the time 2004 in the time span 2004 to1860, time measured back from the year 2004. This interpretation has been discussed in great detail on this website under ‘the beast out of the earth’. Therefore ‘thunderings’ in Rev 19:6 means the knowledge that Revelation measures time up to a certain point. That point in time forms the last point of the length and the breadth of the New Jerusalem.
It also indicates that the time of 144 years measured back from the year 2004, has the time 1932 as its midpoint. That midpoint is indicated by the word “river” in Rev 22:2 “on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits”.
The archaeological find of the stone with the inscription “belonging to the trumpet blowing place” that was found on the site of the temple of Solomon in 1971 is of significance. The year 1971 is 33 years before 2004. 33 years is the time of the life of Jesus Christ on earth. Time is measured from the birth of Christ, to the time of his death and Resurrection and time is measured back from the year 2004.
It was only the insight into the “seven thunders”, which made an interpretation of the whole of Revelation possible.
The knowledge that Revelation plays out within a time span of about two thousand years, makes the happenings concerning the unresolved status of Jerusalem at this time significant. The possibility of a war that has this problem at the core and can involve all the major powers of the world at this time, must be taken notice of.
Luke 21:20 When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies you will know that its desolation is near. This happening is a sign of the end time.
Why must we take notice of Luke 21:20 now? It is because almost every powerful nation in the world at this time may have to make a decision whether to go to war. The decision for war involves the entire world. Revelation has to do with the time that the entire world is referred to as the “great city”.
At this time that we may be on the eve of a war that may ultimately have amongst some as motive the dispute concerning the status of Jerusalem, no Christian should ignore what is said concerning the “sign of Jonah” in relation to the understanding of Revelation.
Let us take each section of the words of Matthew 12
Matthew 12:39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:
Jesus Christ spoke of the generation living at that time as “evil and adulterous”. To them and to Christians over a period of two thousand years and until the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, these words refer to the Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Matthew 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
These words refer to the time of the Death and Resurrection of Christ. However in the year 2002, these words also relate to the understanding of the book of Revelation. Revelation measures “three days”, “three nights” and the time of “the beast out of the earth”, that all cover about the same time span in the second millennium. In that time Christians would be misled from living a life with the purpose of inheriting everlasting life.
The temple of God
Rev 11:1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying Rise, and measure the temple of God and the altar, and them that worship therein.
2 The court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given to the Gentiles.
(New International Version) “outer court”
Revelation is understood by taking the word or words of Revelation to Scripture, finding the ‘idea’ or ‘clue’ in Scripture, and then applying it to the words of Revelation with the knowledge that Revelation deals with the history of the Christian nations. Revelation then has a ‘new’ meaning concerning those under the New Covenant. Rev 21:5 “I make all things new”.
With the knowledge that was revealed to me that we are at the end time, I know that the length and the breadth of the “temple” are each about one thousand years.
One cannot however measure the “temple of God” without the words of Jesus Christ.
We know through the words of Jesus Christ that he referred to his body as the temple of God.
John 2:19 Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up.
20 Then said the Jews, forty –six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
21 But he spoke of the temple of his body.
The knowledge and understanding of these words are crucial to the understanding of Revelation.
“The temple of his body”
We also know through the words of Jesus Christ that he used with the first Holy Communion with his disciples that Christians by the taking of the wine and the bread are part of the body of Christ. Through the Christian teachings we know that Jesus Christ is one with the Christian church because through Holy Communion, we find forgiveness of sin and become part of his people that will inherit everlasting life.
Through the knowledge that was revealed to me that Revelation can be understood through time measurement in history one has to measure time from certain points in history.
One of these points is from the time that the temple in Jerusalem was destroyed by the Romans in AD70.
We know through the history of the Christian church that from the time 70 the Christian church, spread mainly westward until the time approximately 930 when almost the entire Europe was under the rule of a Christian king. This time of the development of the Christian church in the first millennium is symbolically the length of the “temple” of Revelation, that is also later the city, the New Jerusalem.
Therefore with the knowledge that the “length” and “breadth” of the New Jerusalem is the time of the first and second millenniums one can ‘join’ the generation of Jesus Christ with the last generation before 2004, when one completes the “square”. Rev 21:16 “And the city lies foursquare”. The linking of the generation of Jesus Christ, with the generation 1932 to 2004, by completing the “square”, is the meaning of “with this generation” in Matthew 12:42 “The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation and shall condemn it”.
Why the queen of the south will rise “with this generation” can only be understood through the understanding of Revelation and its time measurements. For two thousand years “the queen of the south” was understood tot mean the queen of Sheba. In 2002 it has a “new” meaning in relation to the total understanding of Revelation. Rev 21:5 I make all things new’.
Matthew12:42 “for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and behold, a greater than Solomon is here”
In the Old Testament the queen of Sheba came from the southern part of the then known world. In 2002, the woman that will know the time measurements of Revelation, will come from a south point of the entire earth, Cape Town, the southern point of Africa. At that time man knows the entire earth and the gospel would have reached all nations. Remember Revelation deals in the time 2000 to 2004 with the “fours corners of the earth” (Rev 7:1). The “four corners” relate to the Ark of the Covenant, but also the cardinal points of the globe. Jesus Christ said that the message of Salvation through Jesus Christ must spread to the ends of the earth and then the end time will come and the Return will happen.
Solomon
In the second millennium the time of “three and a half days” is measured, but it is the time that the Christian nations would be misled by the “beast out of the sea” and the “beast of the earth”. It would also be the time of the symbolic darkening of the earth (night) as a result of the true message of Christianity being undermined by anti-Christian philosophies that would be directing the ruling of the nations.
One can understand the meaning of the “darkening” of the earth or “night” in Revelation if you go to the words of Solomon.
Proverbs 2:13 “Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness”
Proverbs 4:19 “The way of the wicked is as darkness; they know not at what they stumble”
It is also from the words of Solomon that “night” is connected to “harlot”.
Proverbs 7:9-10 “In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night:
And behold there met him a woman with the attire of a harlot.” It is in this verse that the “night” is linked to “harlot”. In Revelation the time of the “great whore” or “harlot” is also the time of “night”. It is therefore from the words of Solomon that certain sections of Revelation’s time measurements can be understood.
The knowledge that the symbolism of the entire Revelation plays out over a period of about two thousand years, made it clear that Revelation reveals the history of the two millennia in terms used in the Old Testament related to the construction of the first and second temples of Solomon.
This is done to symbolically show that the “temple” is no longer of this earth, but in the life to come. The faithful who will enter the New Jerusalem are those that adhered to the teachings of Jesus Christ in the past two millennia.
Therefore Revelation 3:12 says “Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will he leave it.”
(‘overcomes’ means has the will to adhere to the teachings of Jesus Christ despite the influence of evil, anti –Christian and non-Christian teaching as revealed through the
symbols of the “dragon”, and the “beasts”.)
Because Revelation would be made known before the end time, the “sign of Jonah” refers to the Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. But with the end time at hand, Matthew 12:38:42 has the additional symbolic meaning in relation to Revelation. A Divine intervention or ‘sign’ would reveal to someone how the words of Jesus Christ relate to the understanding of the book Revelation.
I think that Matthew 12: 41 “The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgement with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas, and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here” means the following. In the book Jonah in the Old Testament, the men of Nineveh put on sackcloth and told everyone to turn away from evil and repent. I think that at some point the “mighty men” (Rev 6:15) of the earth, that is the “great city”, that rule the earth and its economies in 2002 and beyond, will realise as the signs of the end are revealed, that the prophecy of Revelation is playing out, that they have for centuries been misled.
Viola, I hope that this explanation of the symbolic meaning of the “queen of the south” will help you in trying to explain to the lady at the church meeting the relationship of Matthew 12:42 with the book Revelation.
