According to my understanding, Revelation seems to specifically reveal ‘kill.... with hunger’ in the world after 1947. The word ‘with hunger’ is mentioned in the opening of the fourth seal and the fourth rider of the Apocalypse. Revelation reveals through broad sweeps that give a general picture of what takes place over large periods of time and does not mention specific countries.
The Divine Intercession that I experienced on 22 August 1996 confirmed to me that the time linked to the time of the fourth rider of the Apocalypse was 1947.
Rev 6:7 "And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. 8And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth."
In the opening of the fourth seal, Revelation repeats words and one follows the same method of analysis as in the opening of the first three seals.
The Lamb opens the fourth seal
The Lamb opens the fourth seal. I know through the Divine intervention that the time of the opening of the seal is the year 1947.
I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
Through the word “voice” time measure is revealed. The “fourth beast” also relates to the fourth beast mentioned in Rev 4:7 “and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.” In Scripture the symbol of the “flying eagle” relates to a number of references in Scripture. Because we now know that the rider on the pale horse is the time after 1947 these references are interesting. Habakkuk 1:8 “their horsemen shall come from far, they shall fly like the eagle that hasteth to eat.” Those who made war in the second half of the twentieth century come from far in warplanes. Proverbs 23:5 “Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? For riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven.” Revelation reveals that after 1947 man will make war in far lands and man will be misled (set thine eyes on that which is not) by wealth.
Jeremiah 48:40-41 “For this sayeth the Lord; behold he shall fly as an eagle, and spread his wings over Moab…. And the mighty men’s hearts in Moab at that day shall be as the heart of a woman in her pangs”. The time after 1947 is also the time that the “mighty men” (Rev. 6:15) rule over the nations.
Behold a pale horse
In both Isaiah and Jeremiah the word “pale” is mentioned. In Isaiah 29:18-22 it is used in association with “the scroll”:
“In that day the deaf will hear the words of the scroll, and out of the gloom and darkness the eyes of the blind will see. Once more the humble will rejoice in the Lord, the needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. The ruthless will vanish, the mockers will disappear, and all that have an eye for evil will be cut down - those who with a word make man out to be guilty, who ensnare the defender in court and with false testimony deprive the innocent of justice. Therefore this is what the Lord, who redeemed Abraham, says to the house of Jacob: no longer will Jacob be ashamed; no longer will their faces go pale when they see among them their children …”
There is the indication that the law courts will be infiltrated by false testimony, and that there will be no justice for the innocent. This means that in the second half of the twentieth century the law courts will follow the rules set out by the rule of man and not by the rule of Christianity. If there is one universal blood draining distress, it is the anguish of a parent seeing his innocent child among the ruthless and the lawless. Consider the harm that is being done to children in all countries in the world today. To this situation the Lord will bring relief.
Jeremiah 30:4 “Cries of fear are heard – terror, not peace. Ask and see: “Can a man bear children?” Then why do I see every strong man with his hands on his stomach like a woman in labour, every face turned deathly pale? How awful that day will be! None will be like it.”
The words "Can men bear children" relates the second half of the twentieth century, the time of the pale horse, when it became possible to clone a child from a male person. This will be further substantiated by the interpretation of the "sixth bowl of wrath".

The meaning of “fourth part of the earth”.
The “beast out of the earth’, is in three parts: “six hundred, threescore and six” which is ‘three parts’ of the number “666’. There is however also a ‘fourth part’. Readers will have to go to the analysis of Revelation, chapter 13:11-18 to fully understand the “fourth part of earth”.

This fourth time measurement is indicated by the words Rev 13:15 “give life unto the image” (1952-3) the time of the cloning of frogs; Rev 13:15 “and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed” (1972) and Rev 13:13 “he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men”, the time that CNN would give live coverage of Desert Storm (1992).
This understanding of a time measurement of “threescore years”, 1952 to 1992 in addition to the three parts of the number “six hundred, threescore and six” in Rev 13:11-18 is what, I now believe, is referred to in Rev 6:8 as the “fourth part of earth”. It is the “fourth part” of the total time of the measurement of the evolvement of the “beast out of the earth”: 1266 to 1866 (six hundred years), 1866 to 1926 (threescore years), 1926 to 1932 (six years) and also1932 to 1992 (a second measurement of threescore years).
[Remember that the Divine intervention revealed to me that the opening of the fourth seal was linked to the time after 1947. See how Revelation confirms and verifies its time through the repetition of words. “The “fourth part of earth” is mentioned in Rev 6:8, but it can only be understood through measuring time in history in Rev 13:11-18. This is a reason why no one was allowed to add or take words away from the words of Revelation.]
Power was given unto them
Power was given to the rider on the pale horse, that is Death followed by Hades, in the time after 1947. Through the meaning of the “beast out of the earth” and particularly “the fourth part of earth”, Revelation reveals why the ruling of the nations will lead to “Death followed by Hades”.
We have to look what happened in 1947 that reveals the intervention of the Trinity in 1947.
His name
Note the use of the words “his name” in “and his name that sat on him was Death and Hell followed with him. These are the words used in Revelation to reveal the “King of the Bottomless pit” (Rev 9:11 – “has his name Apollyon”, which means “destroyer”. Therefore in the time after 1947 power was given to a form of government that would keep the Christian faith ‘captive’ (Rev 13:10). 1947 was the time that it was accepted through international law that globally the ruling of the nations would not be bound to Christianity alone, as in the unity of Christianity and the Christian king as symbolized by the rider on the white horse, but to all religions of the world. All religions would be equal before the law and everyone would be free to choose his belief.
To kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth
It seems that the core message of Revelation is that Almighty God brought it about that there would be a unity of the Christian Church and State in the time after 216, but in the second millennium after the coming of the Christ, the brothers in Christ were misled by the “dragon”, “the accuser of the brethren” (Rev 12:10) to make war against each other. Ultimately, because the nations destroyed the unity of the Christian Church and State it would be in their philosophy to bring about a rule of the nations in the time after 1947 that conforms to a global freedom of faith and further destroys the unity of government with the Christian faith. This ideology perpetuated the enmity of Christian against Christian, and the faithful against the faithful after 1947, as in the time of the rider on the red horse that carried the sword, (“to kill with sword”). The wars that were being fought to set in place a secular rule of men brought about hunger and death and worked to sustain the many deceptions brought about by the ‘beast out of the earth’ (“beasts of the earth”).
The word “kill” means death, but also a spiritual death, therefore, “Death and Hell followed with him”. Freedom of faith seems acceptable to the nations because hindrance was not placed in the way of the Christian Church. However, a law that dictates an equalization of faiths governs the nations. The Christian faith through its doctrine cannot be equaled to other faiths. In the time after 1947 men would fall away from the Christian Church, because the Christian Church is not above the law, the nations are influenced to accept laws that are made by men. Laws that are contrary to the laws of God. When the majority are influenced to believe this then happens what is happening to-day that the laws of God are undermined: e g. the acceptance of abortion on demand and the removal of God’s Law from public places.
Revelation 17:17 reveals that this situation came about when God let man separate Church and State, but only for a specific time. (Revelation reveals that the Christian leadership was misled by the "beast out of the sea" and change had to come about.) Rev 17;17 "For God put it in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree and give their kingdom unto the beast until the words of God shall be fulfilled." The present situation will continue till we very clearly see the signs of the end time and the Return of the Christ ("the words of God shall be fulfilled.")
