Dr Janson, it seems possible that an indicator that Jesus is about to return has been quietly present in the world for the last thirty years without being recognised as such.
'A Course in Miracles', a teaching of extraordinary power and authority, arrived in the world in the mid-seventies by a New Age-ish route. It is possible to view the Course from at least two perspectives:
Followers of the Course generally hold that the Twelve Apostles just got it dead wrong when they preached the reality of sin and Satan, and that Jesus waited two thousand years before sending us the correct version of his teachings.
Another perspective on the Course is that Jesus placed this new teaching in the world now because He is about to inaugurate a new world, the New Jerusalem. This view holds that the teachings of the New Testament have been correct for the last two thousand years.
The second view seems far more likely to me!
